Objectives of the workshop
- Share information on the activities being undertaken by the European Commission -Joint Research Centre and Africa Union member states through PAANAP on AfCFTA using the DEMETRA model
- Share initial results on the research work being undertaken on Ghana titled: Potential impact of AfCFTA on Ghana’s agri-food sectors and food security.
- Engage with stakeholders on what the results from the study means for Ghanaian policy makers and practitioners as the roll out of AfCFTA continues.
- Provide insights and deep dive discussions on the DEMETRA Model for interested persons.
