StEPPFoS Project Inception Meeting, 1st General Assembly and 1st Steering Committee

15th – 17th February 2024     Ghana

Objective of the inception meeting

The StEPPFoS inception workshop seeks to establish the implementation arrangements for the project. Furthermore, it will provide a platform to discuss the EC requirements and procedures in the implementation of the projects and reporting (technical and financial) according to the contract agreement. Also, the workshop will offer consortium partners the opportunity to seek clarity in grey areas of the implementation strategy of the Project. The inception meeting will be leveraged to hold the first Steering Committee meeting and the first General Assembly meeting of the project.

Expected Outputs

  1. Inputs to inform the implementation of the eight (8) work packages of StEPPFoS.
  2. Shared vision and understanding of the project with the project consortium partners and other stakeholders.
  3. Project Officially Launched
  4. Support and guidance received from the Steering committee on the implementation procedures of the project.
